Free Curbside Delivery. They will make an appointment prior to delivery and will leave at your curb.

$299 for White Glove Delivery. They will bring in your home, unwrap the item and take away the garbage.

Return Policy

If for any reason you decide you want to return the item, you have 30 days to contact us from the time you receive the chair. We will make arrangements to have the chair picked up and shipped back to our warehouse. You will be refunded what you paid minus $150 shipping charge.

Damages or Defects

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please call us at 415-228-6882. We will either send a technician to fix the issue or we will replace the product.

All recliners purchased from TheReclinerLounge.com come with a 5-year warranty. If there are any defects within the first five years, The Recliner Lounge will completely resolve the issue. The Recliner Lounge must be notified within 30 days of a defect occurring.
